Keep in mind that I wrote that article well over 2 years ago and that,
since then, ImageReady was discontinued and Fireworks itself has evolved
further (it didn't have multiple pages then for example). I started
writing a "revisited" version of the article but it seems I never have
time to finish it... ;-/
