If you are a Windows user, you may try to use tris free plugin made by me:

http://photoshop.msk.ru/as/simplifier.html

However, making things look "accurate" is likely to take some work with
your hands and brains active. I'm afraid there is no "auto" software
replacement for painting skills, only some "ful" one.
