I wouldn't use that option, nor would I suggest anyone else use it UNLESS
you are supremely confident in your ability to not make mistakes.
Otherwise, it's a train wreck waiting to happen.

Which is why you are being prompted to overwrite your local copy. Are you
the only one working on that site? If so, you do not need, or even want the
CI/CO option.
