The code you mention would have nothing to do with search engine visibility.
What determines your SERP is the CONTENT on the page. If your page is
all-Flash, you basically have NO content on the page (since search engines
cannot read Flash content). The information in the <title> tag *is*
critically important, yes, but a title alone will NOT get you a good
ranking. I think you are discovering why one should not do all Flash sites
without also buying placements and getting good incoming links - that's your
only alternative, I think.
