Of course that's possible. And you *will* appear on the hit list. But you
will be in the group from 201,000 to 201,050. Who's going to look at that
part of the list - most people quit after the first 20.

If it were as simple as you wish it were, then every hit list would have
their first 5,000 hits as porno sites.
