As far as I can see he is asking the following, but in difficult to
read words):

host: Windows 2003 server 32 bit
virtualization: Virtual Server 2005 installed on Win2003
guest: Windows server 2008

question: Is this possible?

It really depends on if Win 2008 has a 32 bit version or not (which I
don't know). Only 32 bit guests are allowed in Virtual Server 2005.
