You _might_ be able to do this with VMWare on your current server. They have
a compatibility check tool that will tell you. Other than that? You'd need
to be running a Windows Server 2008 x64 version, have hardware
virtualization capability of your CPU and BIOS, and enable the beta of
Hyper-V. That is the only MS virtualization solution that supports 64bit
guests.
