Just installed MSVS r2 SP1 on my XP Pro, SP2 fully patched machine. I get
several errors, attempting to start the web manager i get "Virtual Server
Virtual Server encountered an unexpected error, 0x00000003 "
the event logs display VS event id 1006, same message as above and then VS
successfully stopped. Of course the management page will never come up.

Not much to find about this error, any thoughts out there?
