We recently setup a Server running Virtual Server. One of the Virtual
Machines we run is a Windows XP pro.

We have been noticing an increase of network drop outs over the last few
days. About this time we also moved the Server from network hub to one of
our managed switches.

The errors in the event viewer of the Virtual Machine report to Psched or
QOS. Now this make sense to me as the new manage switches have QOS support
but no errors in Host Event viewer or network drop outs.


For now I have turned off QOS in the network stack of the Virtual machine
and the errors seem to have stopped


My question is as follows do you or do you not have QOS turned on in a
Virtual machine on Virtual Server?
