That doesn't sound like VPC. That sounds like Windows. Since VPC 2007 is
free there is no need for a trial version. The last version that was
time-bombed was VPC 2007 beta a couple of years ago. If you are using a
beta just download the version presently available at Windows Downloads and
install it.
You do not say what the host and guest operating systems are and where you
got the copy of Windows in the guest so it is hard to tell what you are
doing.
