On your web GUI you should have a Reserverd Capacity (% of one CPU) and a
Maximum Capacity (% of one CPU) that you change, the other 2 which have (%
of system) are not adjustable, and are established based on the physical
machine settings.

Your right, they don't show up in VMRC-Plus, which would be nice, maybe
version 1.7 will include them.
