i am facing a problem with setting password for a normal user
could you please me in this.........below one is the message i
am
getting
# passwd mowfortha
Changing password for user mowfortha.
New UNIX password:
BAD PASSWORD: it's WAY too short
Retype new UNIX password:
passwd: Authentication token lock busy


When i am trying to Unlock the passwd below message is comming
# passwd -u mowfortha
Unlocking password for user mowfortha.
passwd: libuser initialization error.


Please me in this .....
