A CPA that can't give credit card advice? Get a new CPA. My CPA gives
me advice on a regular basis, about 90% of which I follow.

The bank manager should be doing everything in his power to get all your
business, so why are you adamnatly opposed to listening to her advice as
well? The manager of my bank knows me by name, greets me regularly and
always asks if they can be of any additional service - and I don't do
anywhere near $1 million per year.

Once again, I think your figures are a bit inflated or you would be much
more knowledgeable on these subjects....
