This is the only DC in your new forest, then? Old server and new server
are in different forests? Are you using the same forwarders that you are
using on your old server in the DNS properties in the "Forwarders" tab of
your new server? Have you tried clearing the cache and restarting DNS and
then going into CMD and running an "ipconfig /flushdns" and an "ipconfig
/registerdns"? From CMD, can you ping a website, for example,
www.google.com,
or maybe trying ping google's IP (64.223.167.99)? Can it ping both, or just
the IP address of the website? Or neither?
