If you feel you have waited a reasonable amount of time and still have
not received a response, that's a problem. Why would you want to stay
with a host that doesn't respond to technical questions in a timely
manner? What do you think is going to happen when your site goes down
and you REALLY need to get in touch with them?

There are thousands of website hosts. Why stick it out with a crappy
one?
