I should also add - probably the reason it shows up differently in some
browsers is on the first you have:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
But the second you have:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
